Jo is an excellent physiotherapist who combines expert knowledge of Pilates and exercise to compliment advice and treatment. I have had 2 posture sessions and already have improved mobility in my back and feel much more positive about my posture and general health than when I started. Very happy to recommend Jo and her classes.

I initially met Jo as a Pilates teacher, but later booked a physiotherapy appointment with her to address symptoms from a prolapsed disc. I can honestly say that just one session with Jo has made an enormous difference. It has prevented me from needing further disc surgery or a steroid injection.
Jo introduced me to some techniques I’d never tried before, all of which were straightforward and easy to incorporate into my daily routine. My back is now the best it’s been in a very long time.
Jo is very knowledgeable and has the ability to explain everything in clear, simple terms. She’s not only highly professional, but also genuinely lovely and has a great sense of humour, which makes the sessions enjoyable.
I wholeheartedly recommend Jo to anyone seeking physiotherapy. Her expertise and warm personality make all the difference. - Isobel Jackson··from Google
Jo is very knowledgeable and great at explaining the exercises. She uses a blend of techniques including accupuncture and deep tissue massage after a thorough assessment
