I’m happy to share my experience with Jo, my lovely Pilates trainer and physiotherapist at Posture Physio! After struggling with a bad back, my consultant recommended finding a physiotherapist-led Pilates class, and I’m so grateful to have found Jo.
Her expertise as a physiotherapist means she truly understands what to look out for with individuals who have specific issues. Jo carefully tailors each session to accommodate everyone’s needs, ensuring we practice safely and effectively.
From my first class, I felt welcomed by both Jo and the friendly group. Despite my initial nerves about coordination, Jo’s warm, humorous approach made the experience enjoyable. She patiently guides us, helping us perfect our form while always prioritizing our comfort.
Thanks to Jo, my back feels significantly better, and I genuinely look forward to each class. If you're seeking a knowledgeable and caring instructor, I highly recommend Jo and her classes at Posture Physio. The benefits of Pilates with a qualified physiotherapist are truly invaluable!
