Jo gave me clear and useful advice about suitable exercise to assist with my recovery following a hip operation.

I attend Jo’s Pilates class and know and trust her as a physiotherapist from this. I have started to experience restricted movement and pain in my left arm and so went to see Jo for massage and dry needling. The latter is a weird sensation that can release tense muscle. Jo is knowledgeable and skilful in her application of the needles and in her understanding of physiology and anatomy. I would recommend her to anyone wanting and needing physiotherapy intervention.
